Healthy breakfast for the whole family – pancakes with red caviar


Today we are going to prepare a wonderful breakfast for the whole family that will leave no one indifferent - pancakes with red caviar! This breakfast with red caviar is not only incredibly delicious but also incredibly healthy.

So, let’s get started! We will begin by making the beloved pancakes, for which we will need the following ingredients:

Wheat flour - 350 g

Chicken eggs - 2 pieces

Low-fat kefir - 200 ml

Low-fat milk - 100 ml

Butter - 100 g

Fresh yeast - 5 g

Baking powder - 16 g

Salt - 10 g

Sugar - 90 g

Baking soda - 5 g

For the batter, we need to mix the milk and kefir and heat to 37 degrees Celsius, then add the fresh yeast. Beat the salt, sugar, and eggs in a mixer, add the mixture of soda and baking powder. Add the flour in three portions. Bring the butter to a boil and pour it into the batter. Beat the mixture at maximum speed and leave it for three hours, covered with plastic wrap.

When the batter is ready, form pancakes and fry them in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides. Then let the pancakes cool down.

Now for the best part – place red caviar on the cooled pancakes! You can garnish our breakfast with green onions or any greens to taste. Serve the pancakes with red caviar with delicate sour cream or yogurt.
